  1. If goods have arrived damaged, please photograph the damage and report it to the delivery driver. Please email the photograph through to admin@botanicafurniture.co.nz with the customer number and description of the fault so that we may arrange for the replacement, repair or refund.
  2. If the goods supplied develop a fault within the warranty, we may be able to remedy either by repairing the goods or replacing with similar goods. If we cannot repair or replace the goods, we will provide you with the refund of the purchase price.
